In a recent exciting announcement, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) unveiled the recipients for the Level 1 and 2 Recognition in the 2023 Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Regionalization Program. Among the public and private sector organizations in Region VIII, Eastern Samar State University was honored with Level 2 Recognition.
As the highest national recognition program, the PQA stands as a beacon of honor with the noble intention of acknowledging and celebrating outstanding achievements of both public and private sector organizations in their relentless pursuit of excellence.
This achievement serves as a true testament of the hard work and dedication towards achieving the highest standards of quality and excellence of the institution. This is made possible through the commitment and efforts of the University key officials, headed by its University President, Dr. Andres C. Pagatpatan, Jr., the University PQA team, faculty and staff.
As the University celebrates this remarkable achievement, it is expected to continue its pursuit of excellence in education and contribute to the development and progress of the region and the nation, as it now qualifies for national PQA recognition.
