In observance to Proclamation No. 453 issued by Malacañan Palace, February 9, 2024 has been declared an additional Special Non-Working Holiday to provide Filipinos with a full opportunity to celebrate the Chinese New Year and to avail of the benefits of a longer weekend.
This announcement comes in addition to Proclamation No. 368, which declared February 10, 2024, a Special Non-working Holiday for the Chinese New Year celebration.
